ICORD rare disease school begins on 2 November

The International School on Rare Diseases is scheduled to open online on 2 November 2026 and continue until 20 January 2027.

The initiative brings together ICORD, the KOS Study Centre and the Undiagnosed Diseases Network International (UDNI). Teaching is in English and is intended for healthcare professionals, researchers, policymakers and patient representatives.

What the programme covers

Four modules address public health foundations, rare disease systems, undiagnosed conditions and the relationship between rare diseases and One Health. ICORD’s published timetable lists live sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays, 14:00–16:00 CET.

Participation

The organisers list a €50 registration fee. Readers should check the official programme and current registration conditions directly with ICORD before making arrangements.

This is an editorial event announcement. Genome Inform is discussing cooperation with ICORD; no formal partnership has been announced.
